Omega Mounting in numbers
Omega Mounting is an industrial assembly company based in Rodgau near Frankfurt am Main. Since 2012, around 15 fitters have been installing, relocating and maintaining machines and production plants – throughout the Rhine-Main region and across Germany, for customers in automotive, pharma, food, data centres and aviation. Omega Mounting trains its own fitters for cranes, aerial work platforms and telehandlers and runs the examinations in-house. Occupational safety follows our own written EHS standard with ten safety rules plus our own operating and work instructions.
Tobias Schott – "Tobi"
Boss, fitter & a contact at eye level
At Omega Mounting you don't have a boss who only sits in the office. Tobi is on site himself.
He knows what it's like:
- working under time pressure
- solving problems right there on site
- taking responsibility
And that's exactly how he runs the company.
Clear. Direct. Honest.
No needless talk.
No complicated hierarchies.
Just solutions.
If you have a problem, it gets raised – and solved.
