Who are you looking for as subcontractors?
Self-employed fitters, mechanics, electricians and mechatronics technicians (m/f/d) – as sole traders or as a well-practised team. We expect experience in industrial assembly or mechanical engineering.
How does the cooperation work?
With regular, plannable projects, fixed contacts and structured processes on site. Cooperation at eye level matters to us – clear communication instead of long official channels.
Do I need my own tools?
Own tools are an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is reliability, clean workmanship and professionalism on site.
What language is spoken on site?
German or English is enough to communicate on site. Jobs take place throughout the Rhine-Main region and across Germany, including overnight stays.
How is accommodation arranged on assignments?
On short assignments of around one to four weeks, a good mid-range hotel including breakfast is standard and weekends are free. On sites running several months we arrange living accommodation – either our own in the region or a flat or house near the site, often shared with other trades. That keeps journeys short.
How do I get in touch as a subcontractor?
