Training at Omega Mounting
We pay for what moves you forward
Training with us comes from three directions:
- In-house: We train and test ourselves – crane, aerial work platform, telehandler. The licences belong to you and are valid everywhere.
- From the market: If there's something external that moves you forward, we look at it. One of our mechatronics technicians is currently doing his technician qualification part-time – alongside work.
- Through our customers: Our clients train on specialist topics. We send people there deliberately. On data centre sites you learn things that don't exist in the ordinary trades.
BE or truck driving licence? We can talk about it. There's no entitlement – but if you're needed and we have plans for you, we've paid for the full BE licence before.
Plus language courses for colleagues who didn't grow up speaking German.
