You know industrial companies – we know assembly
We install, maintain and relocate machines and industrial plants – for data centres, production plants, logistics companies and the airport. What we're missing is someone who makes sure more companies in the Rhine-Main region hear about us.
There are two ways to do that with us: as a mini-job with fixed hours or commission only as a freelance sales agent. Pick what suits your situation – both are possible.
Your task
- Approaching industrial companies in the Rhine-Main region – by phone, email or in person
- Finding out who is responsible for assembly, maintenance and plant relocations
- Arranging appointments for the managing director – he takes care of the rest himself
- Recording contacts and conversations properly so nothing gets lost
- Feeding market feedback back to us: what's needed, what's missing?
- You don't sell contracts over the phone – you open doors.
What the work you sell looks like
This is what you sell: real jobs from our project diary – with photos and figures, just as it really goes on site:
Who we're looking for
- You enjoy approaching people and a no doesn't slow you down
- Sales experience is good, contacts in industry are better – neither is a must
- You understand enough about technology to see what the customer's issue is
- You work independently and speak up when something's stuck
- Category B driving licence if you also want to visit companies
- You organise your own time – we don't prescribe hours
What we offer you
- Two models to choose from: mini-job with a fixed hourly rate or commission only as a freelance sales agent

- An offer that sells: over 20 years of experience, our own crew, our own workshop
- References with names, a project diary with figures and 131 reviews at 4.89 out of 5

- We give you the documents, price list and arguments

Frequently asked questions about the sales job
Mini-job or commission – which suits better?
That depends on how you want to work. The mini-job gives you a fixed hourly fee and therefore predictability. Commission pays off if you have good contacts and bring appointments quickly – there's more upside. Tell us which you prefer; we'll go with that.
How high is the commission?
We set that together before you start – depending on whether a contact turns into an appointment or an order. We account transparently; you can always see how your pay is calculated.
Do I have to close orders myself?
No. Your job is to find the right contacts and arrange appointments. The managing director makes the offer and closes the deal himself – he knows the technology and can say straight away what's feasible.
Do I need experience in industrial assembly?
No, but you shouldn't shy away from reading up. You don't have to be a fitter – you just need to understand what problem the customer has so you can set up the right conversation. We give you the documents and arguments.
How much time do I need to plan for?
That's up to you. We don't prescribe hours. The only thing that matters is that you keep at it – sales doesn't work in a week.
Can I do this on the side?
Yes, that's exactly what it's designed for. Both models – mini-job and commission – work as a side activity. Just check with your main employer beforehand that they agree.
